I signed up on the "10kg for $10" deal they have going at the moment. It's like a trial membership... food is additional to that so I guess it depends on what kj meal plan you need to be on. I'm on the 5000kj menu and it cost me about $130 for the first week. You then need only a few extra things like fresh fruit and veges, not fat milk and no fat yoghurt. The JC food tastes awsome!! Definately not like you're on a "diet"... this morning I had pancakes for breakfast!

HI
As per last advice on how much does it cost? Well if you are on a tight budget you can choose your own meals. The less frozen food you have the cheaper it is, you can do Jenny Craig without purchasing all the food all lthe time, especially if you are strap for ca[censored] I do this all the time pick and choose my food. It is also good to have some of your own food, example for lunch you can have a salad sandwich instead of a JC meal. Just talk to a consultant about picking your own days. I have been on/off JC for about 3 years, this would be the best weight loss program, It really works if you stick to the menu. If you would like more information don't hesitate to contact me or if you need me to explain it a little better.
Good Luck

Hey Katie 2009, (and everyone else :),
I found that by breaking my JC meals down in total it works out that I pay approx $14 - $17 a day for my breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner. Then I just add my vegies, salad or fruit. I don't think that is a lot when I am going to be losing weight on that amount! I certainly paid more for a maccas meal each time I chose to eat that stuff :( I hope this helps with your question and encourages you to join as the food is absolutely delicious and I am so motivated it scares me!!! Good luck x x x x x x

Starting weight - 91.2kg - 09/04/09 First Goal - lose 5kg - massage for myself at Tropical North Day Spa Second Goal - 80 kg - buy some Napolean makeup Third Goal - Half Way 75 kg - treat myself to a mini weekend holiday Fourth Goal - 70 kg - shopping in Brisbane and Sydney !!!! Final Goal - maintain weight forever!

The first few weeks I was paying around $155 a week.... Now I've started choosing my own days and using the day price list which has cut the price down to $107 a week which I think is quite reasonable and it can get even less than that if you choose the cheap days.....
I've found the consultants are always ready to help to get the cost down and offer advice if you have a budget to adhere to.
It sounds expensive but it works and in my experience so far you get a good service and food for your fee :)
I can't rave enough about JC !! lol
