About Mel B

Mel B is an English-born pop singer, songwriter, actress, author and television presenter. Best known as Scary Spice from the 90's world-wide phenomenon that was The Spice Girls, Mel B is now also a mother of three. Returning to Australia two weeks after giving birth to her daughter Madison on 1 September 2011, Mel B is currently a judge on the top rating TV show The X-Factor Australia. With a hectic work schedule, frequent travel and home duties caring for a modern family of four daughters, Mel B has limited time to look after herself. To help 'outsource' the trouble of losing her baby bump she's turned to the experts - Jenny Craig - so she can get back to being a "Yummy Mummy".

Life has been as crazy as ever, me and family have been travelling all over Europe and the States doing some really exciting things.
