Rebel Wilson

Born and bred in Sydney, Rebel Wilson is a talented actress, writer, and stand-up comedienne, known for her work in the television series' Pizza, Bogan Pride and the improvisational show Thank God You're Here.

In Australia, she is most known for her roles as Toula on five seasons of the SBS Logie-nominated cult comedy series Pizza and as Lucy, Fat Mandi, Karla Bangs and others on the sketch comedy series The Wedge.

Following her successfully part as Kristen Wiig’s roommate in the hit comedy Bridesmaids, Rebel has just won several new big budget roles, including a role in the all-star comedy Bachlorette, Pitch Perfect and a voice role for the animated feature Ice Age; Continental Drift.

  • Post-it notes … even if it is a little bit silly.

    As I sat down to write this blog this morning, I passed various neon Post-it notes that I have placed around my apartment. They say things like, “You love exercise!”, “Make good choices today!” and “You can do this!” It’s the latest little tip that I’m trying after speaking to my JC consultant. Surprisingly it’s worked…even if it is a little bit silly.

  • Rebel had another loss of 200g this week

    There's nothing like a hug from mum to make you feel fantastic! Rebel’s mum has been visiting with her this week. Her mum has also joined the Jenny Craig program and is also doing phenomenally well. It’s great to have the support of family and loved ones to give further motivation as you go.
