• Maintenance

    So yep, I’m doing maintenance and I’m actually finding it very easy. Gosh, once you’ve actually lost the weight you feel so amazing and now the idea of just keeping it off is actually much easier then I thought. Number 1, you can actually eat more food (that suits me just fine) but the thing that I find makes it easier for me is that I’m enjoying exercise now.

  • I've crossed the finish line

    Yeah Baby !! Yihaaa !!! I have crossed the finish line!  I have lost 20kg and can honestly say, I feel fantastic - even better than I thought that I would.

  • Week 18

    I now have a weight that sounds more like a radio station and less like a big guys mass. So now my scales are tuned into Shane Jacobson 106.9 FM, FM stands for Fully Motivated, or if you are in the country tune in to 106.9 AM, the AM in this case stands for Approaching Medium.

  • Week 17

    I’m doing more of my own days now, which I’m finding really easy. I enjoy my cooking so I got a bit excited this week when Adele said I can dial in a bit more of my own food.

  • Week 16

    So I’ve lost 16.2kgs in 16 weeks. I can now say, having finished all my madness with Top Gear, that I have a little bit of time at home which means I’m dialing more exercise into my routine. It’s funny because my mindset has definitely changed. It’s not just about losing the weight now; I want to look fit.

  • Week 14

    Well now it’s week 14 and I’ve lost 14.3kgs so I couldn’t be happier and I’m feeling great! The most exciting part of last week was getting ready for the Logies and realizing I had to have my suit taken in. The best part is, it’s a suit I was given only a few months ago when I hosted the AFI Awards so I couldn’t believe it was already so big for me.

  • Week 12

    Well it’s been a very busy two weeks for me. We’re still filming Top Gear and doing a lot of stuff in remote locations. It makes it hard to stick to the menu with all of those hotel meals but same again, still dropping weight all because of the training that Adele has given me.

    It’s been a busy week but the great news is, I’ve spent most of it in Melbourne so I’ve been able to stick to the program. That said, I have had a few meals off the menu but that’s just life!

    Halfway

    Ok, so last time I checked in I mentioned I’d reached halfway. Well I’ve done it again! Only this time I’m halfway towards my new goal of 20kgs! That’s right, when I first started I was only going to lose 15kgs but thanks to my Jenny Craig pit crew I’m going for 20!
