Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Studies show that breakfast skippers end up gaining weight instead of losing it. Start your day with wholegrain breads or cereals with low fat milk or another combination of nutritious high fibre carbohydrates and lean protein. This could help prevent you from overeating or experiencing fatigue later in the day.
