A Personalised Activity Plan to Get You Moving!
No matter what your current level of activity is, your Jenny Craig Consultant will work with you to develop a personalised, staged approach that starts where you are right now and builds from there. Your Consultant will also work with you to identify your own personal barriers to physical activity and keep you focused on the benefits. You'll develop plans to overcome those barriers, and stay motivated to be active everyday!

Jenny Craig's activity component was developed in consultation with the world-renowned Cooper Institute. You'll gradually increase your activity through a combination of natural, "playful" and planned physical activities, learning how to incorporate more activity into your everyday routine.
Jenny Craig Combines Three Types of Activities
