Jenny Craig's Menus are Delicious and Healthy
Your daily menus will include Jenny Craig's Cuisine as well as your own food (like fresh fruits and vegetables). Jenny Craig's menus are designed by our Accredited Practising Dietitians to reflect the National Dietary Guidelines. The menus emphasise fruits, vegetables, whole grains, reduced fat dairy foods and heart healthy fats. They also include lean meat, poultry, fish, beans, eggs and nuts. We limit cholesterol, sodium, total fat and in particular saturated fats.
Lose Weight, But Not Taste
With Jenny Craig's controlled portions, you'll learn how to lose weight without giving up the foods you love. The delicious meals and snacks featured on the menus have been conveniently packaged into single portions just right for your weight loss needs. You'll learn to eat smaller, more frequent meals to help you stay satisfied and burn kilojoules more efficiently. With the help of your Consultant, you'll learn healthy cooking techniques and recipes. You'll find yourself applying these new skills to planning your own healthy meals - and establishing healthy new habits for life!

Personalised Menu
Create your own personalised menu by chosing from over 70 Jenny Craig meals and snacks. Each week you will select 7 Jenny Craig breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks that suit your individual taste and preferences. This option is perfect for those who like a little flexibility. The variety can even support you when dining out or travelling.
Vegetarian Menus
Select from two pre-planned weekly menus or incorporate Jenny Craig's delicious vegetarian meals and snacks into your own personalised menu. Note, our vegetarian menus are not vegan, therefore they do incorporate some dairy products such as milk and cheese, as well as some animal-derived enzymes such as gelatin.
Jenny Craig for Adolescents
We have menus specifically designed by our Accredited Practising Dietitians for growing adolescents.

- 50-60% Carbohydrate
- 20-25% Protein
- 20-25% Fat
Daily Nutrient Ranges:
- Two to three grams Sodium
- Two to five grams Potassium
- 20-40 grams Fibre
- 1000-2000 mg Calcium
