Jenny Craig’s coaches have been working with people to lose weight and keep it off for nearly thirty years. Our sessions run weekly but your coach is available to you whenever you need it most, to help you navigate and plan your week. Anyone who has learnt a new life skill was probably taught it by someone who knew that skill. At Jenny, the same principle applies - your coach is trained to work with you and get you to your goal, be it face to face, online or over the phone.

You can pick from our Signature Plus, Signature or Trial memberships - all of which offer the skills, strategies and support for your success at a price you can afford.

Jenny how you want, where you want, when you want
Once you sign up for our program, it’s up to us to make sure it works for you which often means fitting into your lifestyle and being flexible around when and how you access the program. You can do Jenny online, or in a centre. It’s up to you. Food can be delivered to your door or you can pick it up when you see your coach. The only thing we ask is that you decide how much motivation and accountability is required and we monitor it weekly against your results until we get the program delivery that is right for you.

Jenny Craig are known to be 'Hoodies' - a term meaning 'healthy foodies!' We love our food, and we want you to have a healthy and happy relationship with food as well. After all, it is essential to living life and for many of us, a big part of our enjoyment of life!
So that’s why we design menus based on the food we all love to eat, but with a healthy twist. The secret lies not only in the amount of kilojoules, but the type of kilojoules that you consume in a 24 hour day. This is not about restricted eating, but it is about understanding food and how much and what sort of combinations you need to consume to lose weight and stay healthy for the rest of your life. You’ll start the program by following the Jenny Craig menu with our food, then as your understanding of what sort of food your body needs grows, we work with you to help you create your own version of healthy meals on your own.

Moving is essential to living. Did you know the average adult only does around 3000 – 5000 steps per day when in fact you need to do double that amount each day to get results.
We have no hard and fast rules when it comes to exercise except that you need to move more and enjoy it - a little bit each day will make all the difference. Whether it’ walking, running or housework aerobics, it doesn't matter. You have a beautiful body and you need to get it moving! We’ll give you some ideas and help you find an activity you can do each day without feeling stressed and your body will thank you for it - we promise!
