Don’t be alarmed but we’re officially on the countdown to Christmas with only 1 month until the festive season is in full swing!

With a packed calendar and a to-do list a mile long it is easy to let the stress take over – but we want to help you out with our festive checklist. Get on track and let this season be one of fun not frustration.

Checklist:

  • Get moving and plan your activity calendar – exercise is a great way to relieve stress and clear your head at such a busy time of year
  • Get your goals sorted – stay motivated and stay on track by writing down your festive season goals, it will keep you motivated and inspired
  • Send out Christmas cards – make the season special and share the festive joy
  • Get the support to meet your goals – it’s easy to splurge and lose sight of your goals so get a little help and meet with a Consultant to plan your season
  • Get those stockings filled – plan ahead and avoid the crowds (and stress) by getting in early with your gift shopping
  • Plan your menu – don’t leave it until the last minute. Plan your menu early and add plenty of healthy options so you won’t be too tempted to over indulge. Hint: keep an eye out for our special festive edition of Get Inspired – coming soon!
