You can make a tasty, creamy treat out of bananas instead of resorting to a tub of ice cream. All you have to do is freeze and blend a banana for a creamy, sweet, lower-calorie treat!
This is how you do it.
Step 1: Start with 3 ripe bananas, peel them and cut them into small chunks.
Step 2: Put them into a plastic bag and freeze them for 3 hours.
Step 3: Remove the bananas from the bag and blend them in a food processor until creamy and smooth. (You can serve them in a bowl or in a cone, depending on your preference.)
