Olympic Ad-Break Active Tips

We have been totally inspired by the amazing Olympic athletes and are getting active whenever we can, even while we watch the rest of the coverage! Our simple ad-break exercise ideas are perfect to help you get fit whether you’re tuning into the Olympics or watching your favourite TV show.

Plank Challenge
‘Plank’ for increasing time increments, try 15 seconds, rest for one minute, then 30 seconds, rest for another minute, then 45 seconds planking etc. Work your way up to planking for two minutes, if you can!

Sets of 10
Do sets of 10 of your favourite exercises each ad-break. Lunges, push ups, squats and star jumps are great exercises to add in. Repeat if you have time before the next event starts!
