Plank Challenge
‘Plank’ for increasing time increments, try 15 seconds, rest for one minute, then 30 seconds, rest for another minute, then 45 seconds planking etc. Work your way up to planking for two minutes, if you can!

Do sets of 10 of your favourite exercises each ad-break. Lunges, push ups, squats and star jumps are great exercises to add in. Repeat if you have time before the next event starts!
