Our coaches are here to support you on your journey, read on for more info a what a typical coaching session includes.

As a Jenny Craig Coach, our biggest priority is to support you and provide you with the skills you need to make lifelong change. Once you start with us on your weight loss journey, you are no longer doing this alone. From your very first coaching session through to successful maintenance at your goal weight, we are in it together and are just as passionate as you about keeping you motivated and getting you to your goal weight.

Together, we will help you to formulate your goals, create your personalized menu plan, put in place a comfortable activity plan that suits you and your lifestyle, celebrate your achievements and together, work to develop strategies to create positive lifelong habits to ensure your continued success. We provide support and accountability to keep you focused on the end goal and we are there to steer you in the right direction if you start to lose focus.


What does a typical coaching session look like?

To start with, you will meet your own dedicated personal coach who will support you from day one and throughout your journey.

Your weekly coaching sessions will involve a 15-20-minute focused chat around the week you have just had. Our job is to keep you motivated and on track. Then together, we will celebrate your successes and support you with strategies for any challenges you may have, and continue to provide you with the knowledge and skills you will need to be successful. It’s not just “Will Power” it is “Skill Power”!

We then complete your weekly weigh in together as well as monthly measurements. However, at Jenny Craig we know that success is not just measured by the kilos you’ve lost, rather how far you have come each week in building positive change. This is a key factor in each coaching session to keep you focused and motivated.

Next, we discuss any upcoming challenges you may encounter in the week ahead and ensure you are fully equipped with the knowledge and skills for success. We will set up an activity plan that best suits your lifestyle, customize your meal plan and provide you with the tools you need for another successful week!

Your coach is there with you every step of the way in supporting you to stay motivated week on week, from your weekly coaching sessions (in centre or over the phone) to mid-week care calls. We work together to keep a clear vision of your goal as our number one priority.

As your coach, we are here to celebrate the good times as well as guide you through challenging times together. Our coaches are all highly knowledgeable, highly passionate people whose focus is to inspire and motivate you along your journey. We will never give up on you and are with you every step of the way.
