Olympic Viewing Snacks

Whether you are tuning in to the amazing Olympic coverage or catching up on a movie we have some delish health-friendly viewing snacks which are guilt-free and bound keep you satisfied.

Hot Cheesy Popcorn
For a cinema-style experience at home, remove Jenny Craig’s Cheesy Popcorn from the bag and place into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat popcorn in the microwave for 10 second bursts until warmed.

Tomato Salsa
Make up a batch of tomato salsa; finely dice up some tomatoes, capsicum, red onion and chilli, then stir through some coriander, crushed garlic, a splash of lime juice and voila!

Enjoy served with some carrot or celery sticks, or Jenny Craig’s Oregano and Thyme Crunchies or Multigrain Waves.

Hot Chocolate
Make a warming hot chocolate using skim milk, two tsp of cocoa powder and sweetener, if you wish. Simply dissolve the cocoa powder and sweetener in a small amount of boiling water, and then top up with skim milk*. Microwave for approximately one minute or until warm.

*Take the skim milk from your allocated Milk serves.

Banana Blitz with Warm Choc Crumble
Start with Jenny Craig’s Choc Fudge Bikkie – remove Bikkie from packaging, place on a microwave-safe plate and heat for 20 seconds.
