Pear & Rocket Salad

We have loved sharing so many healthy and tasty recipes with our friends at My Market Kitchen and are excited to add this delicious Pear and Rocket Salad. This fresh dish is the perfect side for our Jenny Craig Crumbled Pumpkin, Feta & Spinach Pizza. Find the full recipe below.

Serves: 2

You will need

  • 30g hazelnuts^
  • 2 cups rocket leaves
  • 1 firm pear*, cored and thinly sliced
  • 80g reduced fat feta*
  • Juice from ¼ lemon
  • Black pepper


  1. Lightly toast the hazelnuts in a pan. Remove from heat and roughly chop once cooled slightly.
  2. Place rocket leaves, hazelnuts, pear, feta, lemon juice and pepper in a serving bowl and toss to combine.

Serve immediately and enjoy as a side to Jenny Craig’s Pumpkin, Feta & Spinach Pizza.
