- 1/3 cup low fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp capers, finely chopped
- 4 unsweetened gherkins, finely chopped
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- Pepper, to taste
- In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients until combined.
- Cover and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow the flavours to mingle.
