New menu items to enjoy this summer

With the start of the new year comes a new menu and five tasty new additions to enjoy as you kick off your health goals for 2020.

Cheese & Chive Omelette
A traditional egg omelette with sweetcorn yet ready in less than 3 minutes. Make into a big brekkie with sautéed mushrooms, grilled tomato and steamed spinach or add a side salad to make a filling lunch.

Ham & Egg Muffin
A perfect handheld brekkie made with a classic English muffin filled with cheesy and fluffy scrambled egg and a slice of ham.

Pumpkin Soup
A classic homestyle soup, this soup is perfect when you’re out and about. Simply prepare your soup, pop into a thermos and enjoy with a side salad and slice of wholegrain toast.

Salmon Linguine
Creamy pasta can be put off-limits when trying to manage portion sizes and stick to a balanced eating plan. But not so with this creamy linguine pasta. With the perfect amount of salmon, some green beans and a little dill, the flavours are well balanced for a satisfying dinner. Serve with extra steamed vegetables.

Melting Moment
With its melt in the mouth texture, this Melting Moment is sure to please. Perfect to grab a moment to yourself along with a revitalizing cup of tea. Or if it’s too hot for tea, this delightful biscuit will go equally as well with a homemade iced coffee.
