Breakfast bars are great for brekkie on the run and this gourmet mix of lightly toasted nuts with pumpkin seeds and puffed rice is just the right combination. Throw it in your bag with a piece of fruit and enjoy alongside a skinny latte the next day.
This hearty breakfast will satisfy those savoury breakfast cravings and unlike a traditional frittata, it’s ready when you are! Roasted vegetables are cooked with baked-style eggs and topped with a tangy tomato sauce and fetta cheese.
This tasty, Middle Eastern inspired salad is returning after many requests from our consultants and members to bring it back. A little less tangy than our original recipe and even tastier, golden falafels. It’s a colourful, heavenly medley of flavours.
After many requests for a great sausage roll, it’s finally arrived! Packed with flavour, it’s a really satisfying lunch. The golden pastry is filled with seasoned beef and vegetables and is delicious paired with a little tomato sauce.
Tuna Baked Potato
A new twist on a Jenny Criag favourite, this jacket potato has been topped with tuna, sweetcorn and a creamy cheese sauce. Just think of the loaded potato combinations possible with this satisfying hot lunch.
Chunky Vegetable Soup
The chunky vegetables are paired perfectly with the mild tomato and nicely complimented with hearty yet tender chickpeas in this satisfying soup for one. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh basil or other Italian herbs for a real flavor boost.
Crackers & Dip
