- ½ cup orange juice (or 1 whole orange, peeled)
- ½ Lebanese cucumber, skin on, cut into 2 pieces
- 1 celery stalk, cut into quarters
- 2 large kale leaves, centre spine removed, roughly torn
- Large handful of ice cubes
- Place all ingredients into a strong blender and whizz for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve immediately, over ice for extra refreshment.
