Ingredients
- 2 white tea bags 500ml water
- ½ cup of raspberries
- 2 sprigs of mint leaves
- 1 lime
- Sweetener (optional)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
Method
- Boil water and steep tea bags for 2-3 minutes. Cool down to room temperature.
- Add 3 slices of lime, raspberries, sweetener (if using), mint and vanilla.
- Squeeze in the juice of the remaining lime and stir.
- Place in the fridge until chilled.
