Raspberry & Lime Iced Tea

Prep Time: 2-3 mins + refrigeration

Vegetarian: Yes



  • 2 white tea bags 500ml water
  • ½ cup of raspberries
  • 2 sprigs of mint leaves
  • 1 lime
  • Sweetener (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence



  1. Boil water and steep tea bags for 2-3 minutes. Cool down to room temperature.
  2. Add 3 slices of lime, raspberries, sweetener (if using), mint and vanilla.
  3. Squeeze in the juice of the remaining lime and stir.
  4. Place in the fridge until chilled.
