Watermelon and Raspberry Crush

Vegetarian: Yes


Ingredients

  • ½ cup watermelon
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries
  • A few fresh mint leaves to taste A large handful of ice cubes

Method

1. Place all ingredients in blender, reserving some mint for garnish.

2. Whizz for 1-2 minutes until combined, but still slightly icy.

3. Pour into a medium-sized glass, garnish with additional mint and serve immediately
