Banana Split

Serves: 1

You will need:

  • 1 small banana
  • 1 Jenny Craig Chocolate Sundae
  • 1/3 cup plain fat free yoghurt
  • ¼ cup strawberries, chopped (save one whole one to decorate on top)
  • 3 cacao beans, crushed


  1. Split the banana lengthways and place into a dish.
  2. Scoop out the Jenny Craig Chocolate Sundae and place on top of the banana.
  3. Dollop the yoghurt on top of the ice cream, then top with strawberries and the crushed cacao beans.
  4. Finish with a strawberry on top (or a cherry if in season).
