Fig & Ricotta Waffles

  • 1/4 cup full fat ricotta cheese
  • 3 drops of liquid Stevia
  • 2 figs, quartered length ways
  • 10 pistachios, chopped
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 3 cacao beans, crushed
  • 1 serve Jenny Craig Waffles, toasted


  1. Combine the ricotta cheese and liquid stevia in small bowl and mix well.
  2. Spread ricotta cheese mixture onto the toasted waffles and place figs, pistachio, cinnamon and cacao beans on top.
