Our favourite Jenny Craig Choc Mousse is taken to a whole new level in this scrumptious Chocolate and Berry Trifle.
You will need:
- 1 portion Jenny Craig Chocolate Mousse
- ½ cup low fat custard
- ½ cup of mixed berries
- Prepare the Jenny Craig Mousse as per the packet instructions.
- Start by spooning the berries into the glass followed by the custard and finally the mousse.
- Alternatively you can get a little fancy and create more layers if you wish too.
