Please tell us a bit about your background?
I’ve always worked in customer service, and it’s something I enjoy. Working for Jenny Craig has taught me so much about myself, and I’ve learnt how important it is to help as many people as I can.
Why did you decide to become a Jenny Craig Consultant?
I’ve always been interested in food and nutrition and being able to help others live a healthy life is something I’m very passionate about.
What’s the most rewarding thing about your job?
When a member tells me that they couldn’t have done it without me. Also being someone that a member can rely on to be there for them – that is very rewarding.
Why do you think one-on-one support is important for weight loss?
Accountability is such an integral part of the journey. Having someone there to encourage and support members through their ups and downs makes all the difference.
What should someone expect from their first Jenny Craig appointment?
When someone comes into their centre, they will be met with a Consultant who will talk them through how Jenny Craig will support them to reach their goal.
How do you celebrate your clients’ wins?
With a big high 5, and lots of encouragement. Their win is a win for me too. I’m always very proud of a win no matter how big or small.
