What was life was like before you joined Jenny Craig?

My life before Jenny Craig my weight fluctuated, and I was terribly unfit. I found it challenging to find clothes that I liked but at the same time suited me. My clothing size kept going up and I was terribly self-conscious, I really disliked having my photo taken.

I am not much of a cook and found myself not paying attention to what I ate or how often, I would often skip meals when I was busy at work.


Why did you decide to join Jenny Craig?

I just found myself not able to stick to a diet, I was up and down with weight loss and decided I needed help and someone to be accountable to.


Can you describe your experience on the Jenny Craig program?

I have learned so much! I found it’s not just a diet, I’ve learned how to eat better while keeping up my busy lifestyle.

I am enjoying exercise again and am so much fitter and happier. I feel less self-conscious and am enjoying shopping for a whole new wardrobe! I honestly couldn’t have done it without the support and guidance of the Consultants.


Do you have any favourite items from the Jenny Craig menu?

I am a sucker for the Malty Grain cereal and the Chicken Fettuccine.


Tell us more about your Jenny Craig Consultant:

Coral is so lovely! Coral has been nothing but friendly and supportive throughout everything. She doesn’t judge, she is just there to be a support person and guide me through my weight loss.


How do you feel now that you’ve lost the weight?

I really did think I was happy the way I was and settled for that – as I write this, I’m totally blown away with being lighter physically and mentally. I’m more open to talk about myself and my journey and have an abundance of energy. Each day I strive to improve my heath, wellness and fitness – just be better all round.


Do you have a standout moment on the Jenny Craig program you’d like to share?

I feel so much better! I am fitter and feel more confident in how I look. I have I’ve dropped from a size 10 dress to a size 6 so that feels amazing I now love dressing up and trying on new clothes.
