We calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI) and use this as a guide. If you are in the overweight or obese weight range, we create a weight loss meal plan that is specifically for you. Our goal is to help and support you to lose weight and decrease your BMI.

What is a good BMI for a man?

Men are all different and have different reasons for weight gain. BMI is an approximate measurement that doesn’t take into account the variations between muscle and fat. So, a BMI measurement is not appropriate for someone like a bodybuilder who has converted all his body fat to muscle.

For most men, a healthy BMI ranges from 18.5 - 24.9. A score higher than 25 indicates that you are overweight and probably need to lose weight.
