- What if I have special dietary requirements?
- The suitability of the Essential Meal Plan will depend on your specific dietary requirements. To find out more, call us on 13 19 92 and one of our Personal Coaches will be able to walk you through our menus and advise on the options for you.
- Do I need a Jenny Craig Membership?
- No, you do not need to purchase or hold any type of membership with us in order to purchase our Essential Meal Plan.
- Can I personalize this plan?
It is not possible to swap any meals/ items from the Essential Meal Plan.
Rather, if you wish to choose a particular selection of meals/items, please call 13 19 92 and this will put you in contact with the closest Jenny Craig Centre, where a Personal Coach will be able to assist you.
- What are my delivery options?
- We offer flexible delivery options including Delivery and Click & Collect. Please select your preferred delivery option at checkout.
- What are my payment options?
- Payment for all online orders may be made by credit card (we accept Visa and Mastercard) or by Afterpay or Zip.
- What is the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?
- If you are not satisfied with your first order, please call our Customer Care team on 13 19 92 within 5 days of receiving your order and let us know why. You will then be asked to return the remaining dry food items within a further 5 days, for a full refund. The Satisfaction Guarantee is only valid for new customers, on their first order only. There is a limit of one per customer.
