Squats: Stand up, keeping your feet apart at shoulder-width. Bend your knees and lower your hips until your thighs are parallel with the floor. Stand back up and repeat.

Skaters/Leaps: Position yourself in a semi-squat position and gently leap sideways, landing on your right foot. Bounce off to the other side and land on your left foot, then repeat. An alternative is to perform simple dance-like movements, shifting weight from side-to-side.

Bridge: Lay on your back keeping your arms by your sides. Keeping a straight back, bend your knees while keeping your feet flat against the floor. Raise your torso off the floor, keeping a straight back from shoulders to knees. Hold the position for a few seconds, then lower yourself back down flat against the floor, and repeat.
