During your consultation you can discuss your objectives and reveal any concerns you may have. We then take your statistics including height, weight, age, health, fitness levels and more into consideration. Once we have ascertained your body mass index and other information, we can begin tailoring your weight loss program.

Armed with knowledge, professional Jenny Craig chefs prepare delicious portion and calorie controlled meals just for you. Meals can be home-delivered or picked up, and the choices are all yours for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, including:
