How many kilojoules will I be able to have?

The amount of kilojoules (KJ) in your program will depend on your weight loss goals and your requirements. Your kilojoules allowance is influenced by a number of factors, including your age, current weight, gender and your current activity level.

In general, the Jenny Craig weight loss program ranges between 5000 KJ to 8400 KJ per day. Higher kilojoule intake programs are also available if required. If you have any questions about your kilojoules intake requirements when you commence the program, be sure to discuss this with your consultant.
