Your Menu and Grocery Guide


Here are some helpful tips to help you with your menu and Grocery Guide:

1. Your menu includes both Jenny Craig foods (items in bold) and your own other grocery foods.

2. You’ll notice both salad and cooked vegetables on your menu. These can be any non-starchy vegetables you like such as tomatoes, carrot, cucumber, capsicum, broccoli or cauliflower. Use your Grocery Guide to help select your vegetables.

3. All other grocery items can be swapped for other foods within the same category in your Grocery Guide. For example, if you don’t like milk, you can swap it for yoghurt.

4. Your menu includes a shopping list to help you plan what grocery items you need to buy for the week.
