Tomato Salsa

You will need:

  • 2-3 tomatoes, diced
  • ½ red onion, finely diced
  • 1 small garlic clove, crushed
  • ½ cup fresh coriander
  • Juice of ½ a lime
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 small green chilli, finely chopped (optional)


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Chill in the fridge for 30-60 minutes to let the flavours develop and serve.
