Grocery count (per serve): Free Food recipe
You will need:
- 2-3 tomatoes, diced
- ½ red onion, finely diced
- 1 small garlic clove, crushed
- ½ cup fresh coriander
- Juice of ½ a lime
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 small green chilli, finely chopped (optional)
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Chill in the fridge for 30-60 minutes to let the flavours develop and serve.
