No. Juniper’s program is entirely digital! This means your consultation, progress tracking, follow-ups and support are facilitated entirely online and within the Juniper app. Our innovative telehealth platform means no commuting to, or waiting at the GP, the chemist or a community-based centre.

With your first order you’ll receive digital bluetooth scales that automatically link to the Juniper app, so you can weigh yourself how, when and where you choose.

Included in the Juniper program are unlimited follow-ups with a practitioner, unlimited access to health coaching, movement guides for all abilities and healthy, customisable recipes - all within the app. Plus, community support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from our 17,000+ member strong private Facebook community.

All treatments recommended by Juniper clinicians have been approved for use in Australia, and are commonly prescribed by GPs, nurse practitioners, and local pharmacies for the treatment of weight management. However, due to Australian Therapeutic Goods regulations, we are unable to share the names of our treatments until you have completed a consultation with one of our Juniper practitioners and are approved for treatment. This is to ensure a qualified medical professional discusses all the options available to you before you make any decisions regarding medical treatments.
