Healthy sides and treats to add to your Jenny Craig menu this summer

Summer is known for an abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables, including capsicum, tomato and watermelon.  Fresh fruits and vegetables are high in fibre, helping to keep you feeling fuller for longer, and high in water which is great to help keep you hydrated and feeling cooler throughout the hot weather. The low energy-density, or low kilojoule content of these nutritious foods is an added benefit to help keep you on track with your weight loss goals.
