Pineapple on pizza? We say yes! This simple take on the Ham & Cheese Toastie will have you saying ‘aloha’!
- 1 Jenny Craig Ham & Cheese Toastie
- 1½ tsp tomato paste
- ¼ cup tinned pineapple pieces
- 40g grated reduced fat cheese
- Thaw the Jenny Craig Ham & Cheese Toastie in the fridge overnight.
- Preheat oven to 220°C and line a tray with baking paper.
- Split the Jenny Craig Ham & Cheese Toastie in half lengthwise and evenly spread the filling over the 2 halves. Top each half with tomato paste, pineapple and cheese.
- Place onto the lined baking tray and bake for 5-10 minutes until lightly golden.
