New 2021 Spring Menu Out Now

Spring is here and so is our new Spring Menu! We are excited to add 8 delicious items to our menu, to help you achieve your weight loss goals.

Tropical Twist Muesli

Toasted muesli with a blend of mango, coconut, raspberry and passionfruit is the perfect addition to the Spring breakfast menu. Enjoy with a fruit serve of mixed berries and low-fat yoghurt for a fresh tropical start to your morning.

Banana Bread

Welcome back the tasty wholemeal banana bread with a hint of cinnamon. A great hand-held on the go breakfast option for those busy mornings. Serve with a skim latte or low-fat yoghurt with cantaloupe.

Ricotta & Pumpkin Ravioli

Love pasta? We do too! The perfectly portioned ricotta cheese and pumpkin filled ravioli with a sage and butter flavour sauce. Serve with a refreshing spinach, tomato and cucumber salad for a delightful lunch meal.

Beef Burger

You asked, we listened, the Beef Burger is back! A sesame seed topped golden bun with a lean beef patty and a sweet tomato relish. Try pairing with beetroot, lettuce, tomato and pickles to elevate your burger to the next level.

Thai Green Chicken Curry

Back by popular demand, the Thai Green Chicken Curry is sure to please. Tender chicken in a fragrant creamy coconut sauce with green beans and capsicum, served with rice. Try adding some steamed broccoli, cauliflower and carrot for a filling dinner.

Mexican-style Veggie Stack

The Mexican-style Veggie Stack is here to spice up the menu! Layers of pasta with mildly spiced vegetables, beans, tomato sauce and sour cream, topped with cheese. Check out our Pineapple Salsa recipe (link to this new recipe please) for the ultimate Mexican fiesta.

Salsa Curls

Craving a little savoury snack? The crunchy and tangy Salsa Curls made with chickpeas, are the perfect savoury treat! For the ideal pairing, serve with veggie sticks and one of our fave dips.

Recharge Bar

The new and delicious Recharge Bar is made from a premium blend of nuts including almonds, macadamias and pecans, with a touch of honey. The bar is available exclusively to members on the Rapid Results Max program.
