- 1 small or ½ large frozen banana
- ½ cup skim milk
- 1/3 cup natural fat free yoghurt 1 tbsp oat bran
- 1 tsp sugar free maple syrup pinch of cinnamon
- a large handful of ice cubes
1. Roughly chop the frozen banana and transfer to a blender along with the remaining ingredients and a large handful of ice cubes.
2. Blend on a high speed until completely smooth.
3. Pour into a medium-sized glass and serve immediately.
