- 1 Jenny Craig Salted Maple & Cashew Granola
- 2/3 cup reduced fat plain yoghurt
- 1 small frozen banana, roughly chopped
- Pulp of 1 passionfruit)
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tbsp pomegranate arils (seeds)
- ¼ fresh mango, sliced
- ½ cup blackberries
- In a blender or food processor, combine yoghurt, banana, passionfruit and ice, blend on a high speed until a smooth consistency.
- Pour into a medium sized bowl and top with Jenny Craig Salted Maple & Cashew Granola. Scatter with pomegranate arils, mango and blackberries.
