Prep time: 25 minutes
- 2 pears, halved and peeled with seeds and core removed
- 1 tbsp natural sweetener
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Place all ingredients into a small saucepan and cover with water.
- Simmer for 20 minutes until the pears have softened.
Pears are a great source of dietary fibre.
