Serves 1
Preparation time: 5 minutes + overnight refrigeration
Ingredients:
- 1 Jenny Craig Roasted Hazelnut & Cinnamon Porridge
- 2/3 cup low fat yoghurt
- ½ cup berries, such as blueberries and raspberries
- ½ small banana
Method:
- In a jar or air-tight container, combine the Jenny Craig Roasted Hazelnut & Cinnamon Porridge with yoghurt and stir. Place in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, top with freshly sliced banana and berries.
Dietitian Tip: Go with what’s in season – mix up your fruit combinations, try fresh mixed berries in Summer or stir through grated apple or pear in Winter.
