How long have you been a Jenny Craig coach?
I’ve been a coach since 2018, originally at the Cheltenham centre but now at Traralgon and Pakenham
Why did you decide to join Jenny Craig?
When I left high school, I was 135 kilos (size 24). In my early 20s, I changed my entire lifestyle and lost over 50 kilos!
I understand first-hand the challenges that come with body image, as well as the excitement that comes from a venture of health & wellness. Both experiences had a huge impact on my life, so much so that I dreamed of one day helping others in their own weight loss journeys. So, when an opportunity for a role within Jenny Craig presented itself, I never looked back.
What do you love most about your role?
Helping others feel motivated and confident, regardless of where they are in their journey. It’s hugely rewarding to see someone you’ve helped become their most confident and best self.
What is your favourite Jenny Craig product?
The Potato Tuna Bake… two of my favourite foods!
Do you have a favourite Jenny Craig meal ‘hack’ you’d like to share?
I’d say mashing a banana into the mix before whipping up the Wholemeal Pancakes, a big hit among clients! Plus adding a little cocoa is never a bad idea.
What does a day in the life of a Jenny Craig Centre Leader look like?
Being a pro at multitasking, as well as setting up a tone for both the centre and clients that is uplifting, supportive and responsible.
Do you have a favourite quote or a motto?
There are three!
1. It’s not a struggle, it’s a challenge.
2. What other people think of me is none of my business.
3. Come as you are.
