What is your role at Jenny Craig?
As the Company Dietitian, my role involves developing menus, nutrition education resources for both Coaches and Members and I provide support to the Coaches with any nutrition-related queries.
How does your role impact weight loss?
As part of the team of Dietitians, my role is to develop nutritionally balanced menus to help Members to achieve their weight loss goals. I help develop nutrition-related articles, educational tools and resources with the field training team for Coaches to ensure the best weight management success for our members. I also write blogs and assist with developing recipes for our ‘Get Inspired’ eBooks.
What drew you to working for Jenny Craig over other weight loss programs?
Within my undergraduate university studies, I completed placement at Jenny Craig and loved how the program is evidence-based and acknowledges the importance and value of nutrition, health and well-being for weight loss to be successful. The program not only focusses on diet but incorporates exercise and the support of Coaches to help educate and support Members throughout their weight loss journey.
What do you enjoy about your job?
I love that i am part of a team who are all dedicated to helping our member’s achieve their weight loss goals, enjoy a healthy lifestyle and in doing so, have delicious food!
